Brian attended Michigan State University where he graduated with a BA in Financial Administration and Metropolitan State University of Denver where he graduated with a BS in Accounting. Brian has been a CPA since 2000 and is licensed in Colorado as well as Arizona; he is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) since 2012 and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He is also a member of the Colorado Society of Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brian’s work experience includes management positions involving accounting, tax, finance, operations, strategic planning and business development.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and 4 children, Alexa, Makaela, Nicholas, and Halle. He has lived in Colorado since 1991 and is a passionate fly fisherman and golfer.
Charles graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Accounting. He has been a CPA since 1978 and is certified in Colorado, Arizona, Kansas and Missouri. He is also a member of the Colorado, Arizona, Kansas and Missouri Societies of Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Charles Walters & Associates, PC was founded in 1988 to service closely held businesses and their respective owners, which has been a focus of the firm since the beginning.
Charles loves spending time with his 3 children and 7 grandchildren. When not at the office you can find him golfing or being the number one fan of a grandchild's game or recital.
